I was very specific about a check engine light. After two days in the shop, not only did I get a service quote for a catalytic converter replacement, but three other issues found and a quote for all repairs over $5000! Checked with another local mechanic and the quote was less than half the price for the same repairs and a radiator leak that Johnson quoted to replace a radiator assembly kit turned out to be an overfilled overflow tank.

The service was ok but as an elderly person I just can't get over how expensive everything has gotten. otherwise all is good.

In for a courtesy oil change with my new vehicle purchase, love the fact that we receive these with buying from you. Service was prompt and timely enough that it was completed in my lunch hour. Wish there was more of an explanation done on the 15K add ons recommended on why I should do them to make it worth the $400+ price on my next oil change.

Good customer service on what was just going to be an oil change turned out the radiator had a defect and replaced it on the same day and got memon my way. They also got me a rental car so I could go about my business while they were repairing it.

Disappointed when asked to sign a piece of paper stating that if they had to require additional diagnostics it would cost $210. I would not sign. After that we simply walked into the office and he was immediately able to tell me it was just a sensor that was out. If I would have signed, would they have just billed me another $210?? Bad business. Next, he told me it was going to be at least 45 minutes before it would be ready. I walked into the office 15 minutes later to tell them my husband would be picking up my car, only to see my car sitting outside because it was already done. Again, not sure if they would have just waited the full 45 minutes so that I thought it was a hard job? Poor service. I love my Envision, but I HATE the pressure to always pay more anytime I bring it into the shop.

Everyone I worked with was very nice and helpful. Engine light came on a couple days after purchasing my truck and Cale in the maintenance area went above and beyond to get my truck fixed and back to me as quickly as possible. Man deserves a raise. You guys rock!

Shop took the time to explain the procedures being performed on my vehicle. Explained with a estimate of, did not try to pressure me to have scheduled maintenance done. I understand fluids and lubricants do break down and do absorb moisture.

The technician/team left oil residue on my wheel, door panels, and outside door handles after servicing my vehicle. While I appreciate the work and hopefully that was done well and with care, I don’t appreciate the lack of care for my vehicle.

Very good in and out for tire rotation but they forgot to reset the tire monitor system. I have a tool at home not a big deal I reset them myself.

Service person was very helpful and advised me of the progress of my vehicle. The only problem was when truck was done they never filled the windshield washer fluid tank when the inspection sheet said they checked everything.

Our Yukon had a problem that required ordering a part. Between recieving the part and installation it would be about a week. I explained to Jayden in service that we were leaving on a road trip in less than a week. Jayden and Chris in Parts were spectacular. Chris arranged for overnight delivery of the part and Jayden ensured there was room in the service schedule to do the installation when the part arrived. They turned a week into a little over 24 hours. I couldn't be more appreciative of their efforts. Spectacular.

I had been on a mission to purchase a new truck for several months. I have extraordinarily high expectations of dealerships; with an "I am the customer" mentality. Prior to visiting Menomonie, I didn't feel other dealerships warranted my business.
