"I recently visited Johnson Motors for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The service on my 2500 AT4 was completed quickly, and the staff was friendly and professional. They discovered a stripped lug nut, which they admitted it likely occurred during my last tire rotation. Instead of charging me for the repair, they fixed it at no cost. This level of integrity and customer care is rare. I appreciate their honesty and the quality of their work. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend them to others."

As always, it went off with out a hitch. Had for new tires installed. With the inspection and alignment it takes about 2 hours. The service department gave us a shuttle ride to a local restaurant. They contacted us during the 2 hours and let us know the inspection went well. When we finished eating and got back the vehicle was ready. Pleasant staff from A to Z.

I had my Denali canyon in for an oil change. They found a problem and had to keep it due to not having one part in stock. They offered me a loaner vehicle without hesitation and without me having to ask. They were prompt at getting the part and the repairs done the next business day. And I was back on my way. In for a courtesy oil change with my new vehicle purchase, love the fact that we receive these with buying from you. Service was prompt and timely enough that it was completed in my lunch hour. Wish there was more of an explanation done on the 15K add ons recommended on why I should do them to make it worth the $400+ price on my next oil change.

I was very specific about a check engine light. After two days in the shop, not only did I get a service quote for a catalytic converter replacement, but three other issues found and a quote for all repairs over $5000! Checked with another local mechanic and the quote was less than half the price for the same repairs and a radiator leak that Johnson quoted to replace a radiator assembly kit turned out to be an overfilled overflow tank.

Good customer service on what was just going to be an oil change turned out the radiator had a defect and replaced it on the same day and got memon my way. They also got me a rental car so I could go about my business while they were repairing it.
